Description
A quick and easy late-night snack made by air frying frozen cheese ravioli until golden and crispy, served with warm marinara dipping sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 16–20 oz frozen cheese ravioli
- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
- Cooking spray (optional)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Grated parmesan cheese (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place frozen ravioli in a large bowl and do not thaw. Drizzle with olive oil and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Arrange the ravioli in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch or stack.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping the ravioli halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- While ravioli cook, warm the marinara sauce in a saucepan or microwave. Stir in garlic powder and oregano.
- Serve the hot ravioli immediately with the warm marinara sauce on the side, garnished with parmesan if desired.
Notes
Do not thaw the ravioli before cooking, as they will stick together and become soggy. Ensure the air fryer is preheated for best crispiness. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary. Serve immediately as they lose crunch quickly.
