  • Author: Saly
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Description

A creamy, high-protein breakfast smoothie that tastes like strawberry cheesecake. Made with just a few simple ingredients, it provides sustained energy and keeps you full for hours without the sugar crash.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (225g) plain Greek yogurt (full-fat recommended)
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoon crushed graham crackers (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep ingredients: Ensure frozen strawberries are ready, cut a cube of cream cheese, and measure almond milk and protein powder.
  2. Add liquid and soft ingredients to the blender first: Pour in almond milk, then add Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and honey (if using).
  3. Add frozen fruit and powder: Toss in frozen strawberries, vanilla protein powder, and graham cracker crumbs (if using).
  4. Blend until smooth: Start on low speed, then increase to high. Blend for 30-60 seconds until completely smooth with no chunks.
  5. Taste and adjust: Check sweetness and consistency. Add more honey if needed or a splash of milk if too thick.
  6. Serve immediately: Pour into a glass and garnish with a strawberry slice or graham cracker crumbs. Drink fresh.

Notes

Use frozen strawberries for a thick, creamy texture; fresh strawberries will make the smoothie watery. If using a weak blender, chop frozen strawberries into smaller pieces first. This smoothie is best consumed immediately as it may separate if stored.
